We are immediately looking for an:

Area Sales Director

One of your main tasks is the support of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers. In your area, you will manage the customers together with the local agent from the first contact to installation of the lines sold. You are responsible for the preparation of quotations and the final negotiations with the customer. You decide the strategy for your markets and are responsible for its implementation as well as for the increase of the business volume and for reaching set sales and profit goals.

You are the right person for us, if you fit the following profile:
 

• You have a technical education or have good technical skills
  
• You have commercial understanding
  
• You have sales experience in high value technical products, and if possible in the flexible packaging industry.
  
• You are highly motivated and proactive
  
• Negotiations skills
  
• You have good German and English (written and spoken) language skills – A further language would be an advantage.
  
• Self-confident and neat appearance
  
• Capacity for team work
  
• Readiness for travel
  
• Knowledge of common programs (Word, Excel, Access etc.)

You will report directly to the Director of Sales Worldwide and will have a multi-lingual secretary.
